相干X射线衍射

当X射线穿过物质时,它们与原子中的电子相互作用并被散射。 如果原子在平面内组织(即物质是晶体),并且原子之间的距离与X射线的波长具有相同的大小,则会发生相长干涉和相消干涉,并形成衍射图样。

X射线衍射研究物质的特性,例如大分子,晶体,粉末,聚合物和纤维。 根据要研究的物质的种类,可以使用单色X射线,粉红色光束(窄带)X射线或白色光束(宽带)X射线。
